We are all LIGHTAt its core, science suggests this poetic sentiment: we are literally made of stardust. The atoms that form our bodies were forged in the centers of stars. Because matter and energy are interchangeable ( E = mc² ), our bodies (and everything we see!) are simply slowed-down, condensed expressions of pure energy: of light.
